  • Wherever possible, eliminate design for manufacturability, assembly or testability (DFM/DFA/DFT) issues that could impact product quality
  • Mistake proof each process with automated operator checklists that guide the operator through standardized set-up process
  • Centralize documentation to ensure configuration management and appropriate intellectual property (IP) security
  • Utilize real-time, visible factory tools to make quality issues very evident to both the production team and management
  • Take a cross functional approach in analyzing trends and developing corrective actions
  • Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to minimize variation, transport, handling and work-in-process
  • Incorporate 5S discipline to improve efficiency and increase visibility of potential quality issues
  • Provide production operators with the tools and information resources needed to do their job correctly
  • Invest in training the workforce on relevant industry standards
  • Take a holistic, automated approach to traceability and quality data collection to ensure a cost effective, thorough solution for the device history recordkeeping needs of our customers

Our facilities are registered to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

We maintain an operator certification program. All operators receive initial training utilizing a combination of internally developed training and IPC packaged training. Depending on the work performed production operators and/or inspectors may be certified to the following standards:
  • J-Std-0001
  • IPC-A-610
  • IPC-A-620
  • IPC 7711/7721

Our facility is capable of performing both IPC Class 2 and Class 3 work.
