TeligentEMS has developed the process knowledge and implemented the specialized equipment required to ruggedize your products for the harsh and hazardous conditions they require.  These assembly processes include:

• Application of conformal coatings
• Application of potting material (encapsulation)
• Application of RTV and other bonding agents
• Ultrasonic welding
• Environmental stress screening (ESS)
• Leak detection tests
