Design
for Testablility
TeligentEMS
offers several services to assist customers in
every aspect of testing from developing a Test
Strategy to implementation of In-Circuit Tests
and Functional Test.
The
Test Strategy would be developed in conjunction
with the OEM with two primary goals:

Design
for Testability includes assistance in PCB layout
to obtain the maximum coverage possible for the
printed circuit board assembly. TeligentEMS provides
both the software and fixtures for ICT which can
be modified should changes to the assembly occur
throughout the product life. Functional Test development
would include factors that would ensure defect
free testing while attaining cost goals.
