It's the best of both worlds: all Customer Service activities, including program management, product launch, order processing, logistics and warranty administration are handled domestically, while the manufacture of the product or assembly is performed by our Strategic Manufacturing Partner factory located in the Far East. Our Partner's factory has over 32 SMT lines and employs more then 1200 employees.  Manufacturing performed in our LCR Partner's facility on a "labor only" basis.  We maintain ownership and control of the supply chain to mitigate business risk (such as non-compliant parts and loss of intellectual property) by procuring all materials
