New Product Introduction

TeligentEMS has earned numerous accolades from its customers by exceeding expectations on New Product Introduction. This is accomplished by bringing together all the resources necessary to effect a smooth and rapid transition from release of product design to volume production. All efforts are coordinated through a Program Manager whose sole responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the NPI process are addressed. In addition, our procurement team works in concert with program management and customer procurement personnel to ensure the pipeline of parts is appropriately established. Through continuous interface with the customer’s Engineering Group, TeligentEMS is able to ensure success even when product configurations change. Careful meticulous coordination and communication with the customer during the NPI process has resulted in a reputation for exceeding time-to-market objectives.
