Program Management


One of the most important services offered by TeligentEMS is Program Management. TeligentEMS understands that successful business management occurs when the program manager manages the program for the customer. This allows the customer to focus on the strategic factors in their business that makes them successful. TeligentEMS recognizes that effective communication with our customers is essential to the success of the program and that program management is not just order management. Each customer is assigned a Program Manager who is responsible for the following activities:

  • Cost management
  • Communications
  • New Product Introduction
  • Component crossing
  • Material obsolescence
  • Continuous improvement
  • Product life management

The Program Manager is the customer advocate and primary contact whose day-to-day responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction. This individual becomes well versed in the customer’s products, planning, strategy, and the tactical factors that influence customer success. In order to understand and coordinate the needs of the customer with other team members, program managers at TeligentEMS must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the manufacturing, materials, and issues that can affect on-time performance. Every program is treated individually to provide the flexibility and service required for that specific product. Each Program Manager is responsible for measuring customer satisfaction at regular intervals in order to ensure consistent performance at or above customer required levels. Constant communication and commitment to each program provides a level of service that exceeds customer’s expectations.
